Directions
Prepare. Open the closure. Apply. 1. Slide the Elastic Figure 8 Wrap onto the affected foot with the strap on the top of the foot. 2. With the fastener facing down, wrap under the foot and continue around the ankle in a figure 8 manner. 3. Secure on the side of the ankle. Adjust. Make sure the closure does not contact the skin. Readjust closure to desired fit. This product should not be so tight that it is uncomfortable. Sizing Guide: Measure circumference just above the ankle joint. Universal: Fits most adults, right or left ankle. 7.5 in - 11 in (19.05 - 27.94 cm). Care Instructions: Fasten all closures. Hand wash using cold water with mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly. Allow product to air dry. Do not bleach.
