Apply. While standing or sitting, position the pad on the front of your knee just below your knee cap. Pull the strap back through the D-Ring and fasten the hook & loop closure. Adjust. Adjust as needed for desired compression. It should not be so tight that it is uncomfortable. Sizing Guide: Universal: Fits most men & women; right or left knee. Care Instructions: Close hook & loop fastener. Hand wash using cold water & mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly. Allow product to air dry. Do not bleach.
