How to Prepare Bunuelos De Maiz: 2 cups shredded white cheese, 2 cups (340 g) of bunuelos mix, 2 eggs. Mix the ingredients and knead gently. Soak with milk or watered down milk until a smooth dough is obtained. Form the fritters with gentle pressure. Prepare the oil for frying with a medium temperature. To find out the right temperature for the oil, test it with a piece of dough. As the piece goes into the oil should go to the bottom and slowly rice to the surface. When the oil is as this temperature it is ready for the rest of the dough mixture to be introduced.
