Cinnamon swirl buns - add to mix Cinnamon Swirl Buns - Add To Mix: 1 Cup Warm Whole Milk / Canned Coconut Milk (or other high fat milk substitute). 3 Tbsp Melted Butter / Butter Substitute. 1 Large Egg (room temperature). 1 tsp Vinegar (or Apple Cider Vinegar). 3 Tbsp Softened Butter / Butter Substitute. Cinnamon Swirl Bun Directions: 1. Open package & remove inside yeast packet and cinnamon sugar packet 2. In a mixing bowl (or stand up mixer), add milk, melted butter, egg and vinegar. Mix for 2-3 minutes 3. Turn mixer to low & slowly add this entire flour mix 4. Empty contents of yeast packet into the dough and mix until combined 5. Turn mixer to high and beat for 3-4 minutes 6. In a small bowl, make a crumble by combining contents of included cinnamon sugar packet with softened butter, until crumbly. Set aside 7. Add cinnamon sugar crumble to dough and gently swirl / combine into dough with a large spoon 8. Grease (four) 4-inch spring form bun pans or muffin tins 9. Divide batter equally among pans / muffin tins (fill 1/2 full) 10. Loosely cover with wax paper sprayed with cooking spray. Set in a warm place and let rise until close to double in size (approx. 50 min) 0 TIP: Heating oven to lowest temperature possible, turning it off and leaving door slightly ajar, can act as a warm place 11. Once risen, remove buns from oven if used as a warm place 12. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 13. Bake for 19-25 minutes for spring form bun pans or 13-18 minutes for muffin tins. Let cool and frost
