Today’s Recipe: Classic Tiramisu Dessert. Prep Time: 10 min. Just 1 hour in the fridge. Indulgent Version. Add 10 fl oz / 11/4 cup of whipping cream. Milk Version. Add 6 fl oz/3/4 cup of milk. 1. In a bowl, pour the whipping cream (or milk) and the Tiramisu cream mix. Beat with a hand mixer for about 5 minutes, until thickened. 2. In another bowl, dissolve the instant coffee in 2/3 cup of warm water. Set aside. 3. Pick your tiramisu mood. Parfait style. For 6 glasses (3/4 inch wide), cut the ladyfingers in halves, dip them in coffee and place 2 halves side by side at the bottom of each glass. Spoon a generous layer of cream over the ladyfingers. Repeat for a total of 2 layers. 4. Sprinkle the top with the cocoa powder and cover. Put it in the refrigerator for at least I hour. Potluck style. For the baking dish (9x5x3 inch), place 6 dipped ladyfingers side by side to cover the bottom of the dish. Spoon a generous layer of cream over the ladyfingers. Repeat for a total of 2 layers. Store in the refrigerator, keep covered and enjoy within 36 hours. Store in a cool and dry place. Keep away from heat sources. Once prepared, cover and keep refrigerated at or below 40 degrees F (4 degrees C). Consume within 36 hours.
