The spray can should be used taking care to hold the nozzle perpendicular to the dish at a distance of 10 inches. Cooking Suggestions: For frozen foods > Spray a little of 450 on the food before cooking. For fresh foods > 1. Cook your food in the airfryer for 2/3 of the total cooking time, to remove moisture. 2.
