Directions
1. Prep. Place the dry mix in a shallow bowl. Vigorously whisk together 1/2 cup milk and 1 egg in a separate shallow bowl. 2. Coat dredge fish or shrimp in the dry seasoning, then dip into the liquid, allowing excess to drain. Give fish a second roll in the dry mix. 3. Cook Fry at 350 degrees F until golden and cooked through. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and hot sauce, if desired. Alternately, coat both sides of fish with oil and Air Fry (at 400 degrees). * Use 1/2 pouch per pound of fish or peeled deveined shrimp. Note: For oven baking, coat fish with oil and and dredge in dry mix, pressing gently to adhere and bake at 425 degrees (without flipping) until golden and cooked through. Tear.
