Directions: Pour 1-2 handfuls into warm bath water, stirring gently to dissolve. Soak for 20-30 minutes, relax and let the mineral-rich salts restore and refresh. More Ways to Use: Exfoliate Your Skin: Refresh your skin by gently rubbing a mixture of salt with your favorite body wash (try ours!) to your skin. Hand or Foot Soak: Create an in home spa by pouring 1/8 - 1/2 cup of salt into a medium sized tub or kitchen bowl full of warm water. Soak hands or feet in warm water for 15 minutes to calm your mind and body. Shower Steamer: Pour 1/2 cup of salt into jar and set in corner of shower, or sprinkle salt directly in tub. Run a hot shower and breathe deeply as steam pulls essential oils from salts into air, creating a relaxing environment.
