To Refill Grinders: While holding the small ring (next to the clear section of the grinder), unscrew and then remove the housing for the grinder mechanism. Pour coarse sea salt or peppercorns into the mill. Replace the mechanism housing. To Adjust Grind: For a coarse grind, turn the adjustment knob counterclockwise. For a fine grind, turn the adjustment knob clockwise. Twist the top on both ends. Handwash only. Wipe clean with a damp cloth or towel. Do not immerse in water.
