Directions: Use daily with Seen Whitening Toothpaste and Floss. Tilt your brush at a 45 degree angle. Gently brush the upper and lower teeth. Replace every three (3) months or sooner if bristles start to fray. Replace after any illness. Rinse well before and after use.
