Directions: 1. Open the package and remove the paper from the adhesive backing. The patch will warm up as soon as it is opened. 2. Adhere the patch to your clothing or underwear immediately upon opening. 3. Suitable for the abdomen, back, neck, shoulder. 4. Designed for one-time use only. Discard after use. 5. If the product feels too hot, add an additional layer of fabric and/or padding under the patch to prevent low-temperature burns. Storage: 1. Store in a cool, dry place. 2. Patch must be used immediately after opening to maintain efficacy. 3. Avoid placing this product in direct sunlight. 4. This product is disposable and cannot be reused. 5.
