Pour liquid fabric softener into the designated softener dispenser, Downy ball, or directly into the rinse water. Refer to your washing machine's manual to locate the fabric softener dispenser and recommended setting(s) for the rinse cycle. To Use Package: 1 Place package on side with valve down. 2 Twist cap for quicker flow. 3 Press red button to dispense Downy. Not a Detergent: use fabric softener in addition to your usual detergent.
