Directions: With clean hands, gently insert 1 capsule into the vagina at bedtime. Use 1 capsule at bedtime for 8 consecutive nights, or as directed by your healthcare provider. Continue using the capsules twice a week for at least 3 weeks, and up to 7 weeks. Keep using twice weekly as needed, follow your body's lead and do what feels right for you. Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry place at room temperature, preferably between 59 degrees F - 77 degrees F. Protect from excessive heat, humidity, and direct sunlight.
