Teriyaki sauce: Combine 2 Tbsps. Sushi Chef® dark soy sauce, 2 Tbsps of Sushi Chef® mirin, and 1 Tbsp. sugar in a small saucepan. Heat until sugar is dissolved. Baste chicken, beef, or fish with sauce while broiling or pan-frying.
