Southern Gourmet Premium Mix Sugar Free Fantastic Milk Chocolate Mousse

Instructions: Needed: 1 cup (8 fl oz) water*. In a chilled mixing bowl, combine water and contents of mousse mix packet. Using a wire whip attachment on mixer, mix for 1 minute on lowest speed. Scrape down sides of bowl, and mix for 5 minutes at highest speed. Gently spoon into serving dishes and chill for at least 30 minutes. Keep chilled until served. Yields 4 servings. *Substitute with low fat or skim milk for a richer dessert.
