Directions

Hot & spicy chicken fajitas with chili peppers. Heat pan, add 2 tbsp cooking oil, 8 oz chicken. Cut into strips, and cook until half done. Mix in 1 oz each of green peppers, red peppers, and onion. Add 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee® chili garlic sauce. Stir-fry until cooked. Use 3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee® chili garlic sauce for 1 lb of meat. Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening.
