Intended Use: The disposable safety lancet is used to obtain capillary blood samples. The device has an integral sharps injury prevention feature. 1. (1) Wash hands with soap and clean water, rinse, and dry thoroughly. If someone helps patients with tests or performs tests on patients, please wear the gloves before use and wash hands after use. (2) Using proper technique (i.e., alcohol wipe), disinfect the puncture site and dry thoroughly before sampling. 2. Remove the protective cap. 3. Place the lancet firmly against the puncture site to activate. Do not remove the device until an audible click is heard. 4. Discard the used lancet into a suitable sharps container.

Start with the lowest penetration depth of disposable safety lancet. 2. Patients younger than 18 years old should be supervised by adults when using the disposable safety lancet, or adults should perform the procedure on patients younger than 18 years old. 5. Check the use-by date on the packaging, and do not use the lancet beyond the use-by date. 6. Discard the used lancet into a suitable sharps container approved for their disposal. Do not re-use. Intended Population: Adults and pediatrics over 2 years old. Warning: Not intended for more than one use. Do not use on more than one patient.
