Rao's Homemade Caesar Salad Dressing

Directions
Cut Italian bread into 1/2 inch cubes. Saute in Rao's extra virgin olive oil until lightly browned. Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Grill 5 minutes on each side or until done. Let cool. Slice into 1/4 inch thick slices. Coat chicken with Rao's caesar salad dressing. Serve over 1 large head romaine lettuce, washed, dried and torn into bite-size pieces, freshly grated parmesan cheese and reserved croutons. Toss. Separation may occur, shake well before using. Refrigerate after opening.
