Product in dispensing machine must be held below 40 degrees F. Product must be disposed of and dispensing system cleaned and sanitized per manufacturer's specifications, at a minimum of once every 5 days. Proper handling and cleaning are required to prevent spoilage. Mixing Instructions: Thaw product completely before use. Shake well. For long terms storage, keep frozen 0 degree F or below for up to 1 year. Thaw in refrigerator. While in use, keep chilled in a refrigerator or on ice to prevent spoilage. Open. Open other side. Barrilitos Aguas Frescas will remain fresh in a thawed, refrigerated state (40 degrees F or below) for 30 days when unopened and 15 days when opened.
