Everything you need to make risotto just add broth. Preparation: 18 minutes. 1. Heat 4 tbsp of olive oil in a large pot on medium heat. 2. Stir in all the risotto mix, cooking for about 1 minute. 3. Deglaze with 1/4 c of white wine (optional). 4. Add one cup of hot broth and stir until mostly absorbed. 5. Repeat with 3 more cups of broth until rice is creamy. 6. Finish with 2 tbsp of butter, parmesan and salt, taste. Serve enjoy.
