Duff Goldman Red Velvet Premium Cake Mix

What you will need: First: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Generously grease pans and dust with flour. Mix: Mix in large bowl, at low speed, until moistened: Cake mix. 1 1/4 cup water. 3 eggs. 1/3 cup oil. Pour: Beat 2 minutes at medium speed or 450 strokes by hand. Pour batter into pans. Bake: bake at 350 degrees F until done. Cake is done if toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool cake in pan 10 to 20 minutes (tube pan 25 min). Remove from pan and cool top side up. Frost when completely cooled. Two 8 in (20.3 cm) round layers - 35-38 min. Two 9 in (22.9 cm) round layers - 30-33 min. One 13 in x 9 in (33 cm x 22.9 cm) pan - 35-38 min. One 10 in (25.4 cm) pan or fluted tube pan - 45-50 min. 24-30 cupcakes (fill 1/2 full) - 19-22 min.
