Floor Cleaning Instructions: 1. Sweep area to be cleaned with broom. 2. Make solution. Use 3 pumps* of Spic and Span Liquid in 15 l/4 gallons U.S. hot water. 3. Wet floor with solution. Soak surface for 2-5 minutes. For best results, scrub with deck brush or mop using a figure-8 motion. 4. Remove solution. Use wringed mop or squeegee. Change mop bucket solution when dirty. Move to next area to be cleaned and repeat steps. Food Contact Surfaces (equipment, cutting boards, sinks): 1. Remove gross soils. 2. Apply hot detergent solution. Scrub with equipment brush. 3. Rinse thoroughly with potable water. 4. Sanitize with appropriate product. 5. Air dry. For other washable surfaces (such as walls, restrooms, tables and food contact surfaces), dilute as per floor cleaning instructions. Food Contact Surfaces: Washed items should be thoroughly rinsed with potable water, sanitized with a properly concentrated sanitizer and allowed to air dry as part of a 3 step cleaning process. * 1 pump = 29 mL /1 oz.
