Preparation: Peel back the lid half way and pour boiling hot water (100 degrees C / 212 degrees F) until the fill line printed on the cup (about 180 ml) and stir well. Leave for stand for 5 minutes, stir again and enjoy. Preparation: Boiling Water: Peel back the lid half way, add boiling water to fill-line, stir well, re-cover and wait 5 mins, uncover and stir well again. Enjoy! Microwave: Peel back the lid half way, add room temperature water to fill-line, stir well, microwave at full power for 5 mins, stir well again. enjoy!
