Suggested Use: Take one cup 3 times daily. Directions to Prepare: Hot Tea: Pour boiling water (8 fl oz) over one tea bag in a cup. Let steep for 3 to 5 minutes and then remove tea bag. Sweeten to your liking. Iced Tea: To prepare one quart. Pour 2 cups of boiling water (16 fl oz) over 4 to 5 tea bags in a pitcher. Let steep for 10 minutes. Remove tea bags. Add 2 cups of cold water (16 fl oz) and ice. Sweeten to your liking Store in a cool dry place.
