To Make 1 Glass: Add 3 heaped tablespoons (40g) of Lasco Food Drink to about 1 glass (200mL) of hot or cold water and stir. To Make 1 Pitcher: Add 1 sachet of Lasco Food Drink to 600mL of water and stir to make 700mL. For a richer, creamier taste, use less water (400-600mL). Store unused portion in the refrigerator.
