Refrigerate after purchase. Handling instructions: El Milagro® flour tortillas are the best quality tortillas made. When our tortillas are heated, they become just as soft as when freshly baked. Our tortillas actually enhance the flavor of your food. El Milagro flour tortillas are the best for natural soft tacos, or at the table with a Mexican meal, and for all types of appetizing snacks. How to heat: our tortillas are fully cooked, just heat. Pre-heat a skillet over a medium heat. Place tortilla on the heated skillet one at a time. Turn every few seconds until hot & soft. To keep tortillas warm, an old traditional Mexican tip is to keep the stack wrapped in a clean kitchen towel or in a tortilla warmer. Appetizers and snacks: "Quesadillas" (melted cheese taco). Heat tortilla as indicated. Fill warm tortilla with your favorite cheese. Fold over and place on heated skillet. Turn every few seconds until cheese has melted. Another quick snack is to take a heated tortilla and spread butter or peanut butter, roll up and eat! Try wrapping warm tortillas around a hot dog or a slice of lunchmeat with your condiments, yum!
