To Use: Slide on rolling pin sleeve and lay pastry cloth on a flat even surface. Rub 1/2-cup flour into the cloth. Sprinkle more flour on the dough and press it flat by hand. Roll dough from center outward to desired size. To Clean: Soak in cold water. Scrub with mild soap and soft brush. Rinse and lay flat to dry.
