Use & Care: Save these instructions for future reference. Before first use, hand wash the pan with warm water and mild dishwashing soap. Never use abrasive cleaners, as this can damage the ceramic non-stick coating. We do not recommend cutting with sharp tools in the pan. Use only nylon, wooden, silicone or other coated tools to protect pan surface. When preparing the pan, follow your recipe's greasing and flouring instructions. Do not use any type of oil sprays, including aerosols, mist and pump sprays. These sprays can cause residue buildup that is difficult to remove from all types of non-stick bakeware. We do not recommend a baking temperature above 450 degrees F/232 degrees C. Do not use under the broiler. The efficient coating on OXO Non-Stick Pro Ceramic Coated Metal Bakeware heats quickly and evenly, so we suggest monitoring the baking time and oven temperature for the first few uses, making adjustments to the selected recipe, as necessary. Let bakeware cool completely before running under cold water to avoid damaging the ceramic non-stick coating. Hand wash with warm, soapy water and promptly dry.
