Directions

For food safety, follow cooking instructions. Note: Cooking equipment may vary and cook time may require adjusting. Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Pour your favorite sauce into the bottom of an oven-safe pan. 3. Place frozen manicotti in pan and cover lightly with more sauce. 4. Cover pan loosely with aluminum foil and place in oven. 5. Bake for 40-45 minutes until cheese is slightly firm and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F for at least 15 seconds. 6. Remove dish, let stand for 5 minutes and serve. Microwave Oven: (1000-1200 watt microwave ovens): 1. Line the bottom of a microwave-safe dish with your favorite sauce. 2. Place frozen manicotti in pan and cover lightly with more sauce. 3. Cover pan with lid or microwave safe plastic wrap. 4. Cook for approximately 5-7 minutes until cheese is slightly firm and the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F for at least 15 second. 5. Remove dish, let stand for 5 minutes and serve. Microwave ovens vary; adjust times as needed. Cook until reaching a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F for at least 15 seconds. Cooking times may vary with each appliance and the number of crepe manicotti you cook. Use caution when removing cover in case of steam build up. Due to the delicacy of the crepe, for easier handling, cut the crepe in half before serving. Keep frozen.
