Single mug: fill mulling sachet with 2 tsp. Mulling spice blend. Dip into mug of warmed apple cider or red wine for 3-5 minutes. Remove sachet and enjoy. Half gallon: Fill mulling sachet with packet of mulling spice blend. Place into 1/2 gallon of apple cider or red wine. Simmer for 15 minutes over medium heat. Remove sachet and enjoy. Mix with apple cider or red wine!
