For great coffee. Grind just enough for each brewing, and use clean, cold water. Style: Grind. Auto-drip: medium. French press: coarse. Espresso: fine. For auto-drip, start with one heaping tablespoon per six ounces of water and adjust to your personal taste. Store in an airtight container, away from heat, direct sunlight, and moisture.
