Directions
Stuff You'll Need: 2 large eggs; 2/3 cup of oil; brownie pan; a large pinch of why not? (You know what you don't need? A can-do attitude. This is gonna be a breeze for you). Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F and grease a brownie pan. Step 2: Dump the mix into a bowl. Add the oil and both eggs. For cake-like brownies add one extra egg. Step 3: Mix it on medium speed (or like you mean it - if you're doing it by hand) for 4 minutes. Yes. Exactly 4 minutes. Don't ask why. Step 4: Pour the batter into your pan & bake for 25-30 minutes. Step 5: Take it out and let the pan cool on a rack for about an hour. While they cool, maybe take a minute to congratulate yourself on being the kind of person who doesn't need a reason to make brownies... ** Do not eat raw batter. Store in a cool, dry place.
