Directions: Place tan adhesive side on the outside of a molar and/or adjoining gums, upper or lower, whiter side touching cheek. Hold in place 10 seconds to secure. Use two melts while sleeping, one on each side of the mouth. During the day, use as needed. Can be used with braces, dentures, mouthguards or CPAP machines. Store in a dry place.
