Let's Get Glowing! At first use: Remove black cap from bottle and discard. Insert the applicator into the bottle and twist to close. Do not rinse the applicator with water. How to Use: Brush and Dry: At bedtime, brush teeth and rinse with water. Dry top row of teeth with a tissue. Smile wide to keep your lips away from your teeth while drying. You can use a finger to hold your lip away. Paint and Wait: Promptly paint a thin layer of serum on each dry tooth in the top row with long, vertical strokes. 1 dip is enough for up to 5 teeth. For best results, keep your teeth as dry as possible during the application process. Wait 15 seconds for the serum to dry and form a clear coating. Keep your lips away from your teeth. Repeat: Repeat the application process (Dry, Paint and Wait) for your bottom teeth. Close the applicator tightly after use. Whiten: The whitening serum is safe to stay on your teeth while you sleep. We recommend not eating or drinking (water is okay) after application at bedtime. The next morning, brush as usual to remove the coating for a brighter, whiter smile.
