Place tan side to your gum holding for 10 seconds for comfortable relief. Whiter side melts to coat, moisturize, and lubricate. 1. Place a melt at the gum line on the outside of a molar, upper or lower, with the whiter side touching your cheek. 2. Use your tongue to push the melt to a comfortable spot. Let sit for 10 seconds to not disrupt adhesion. Directions: Place tan adhesive side on the outside of a molar and/or adjoining gums, upper or lower, whiter side touching cheek. Use two melts while sleeping, one on each side of the mouth. During the day, use as needed. Frequent between-meal consumption of foods high in sugars and starches promotes tooth decay. Xylitol does not promote and may reduce the risk of tooth decay. Store in a dry place.
