Heating Instructions: Keep refrigerated or frozen. Cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F. Remove smoked pork chops from package and discard packaging. Microwave Oven: Cook for 2 minutes on medium power on microwave-safe dish. Lets stand for 1 minute. Time and temperature settings may vary depending on equipment. Pan-Fry: Place Chops in a cold frying pan. Cook slowly over medium heat. 5-8 minutes. Turning occasionally. Grill: Cook 5 - 8 minutes. Turning Occasionally. Freeze or keep refrigerated.
