Proper hygiene is a fundamental part of any food service operation. Normal cleaning practices should be maintained. These products do not protect against food borne bacteria. Always wash hands before putting gloves and each time you change to a new pair. Select disposable gloves appropriate for the task and in your proper size. To avoid cross contamination, change gloves when soiled, torn, or before beginning a different task. Change gloves at least every four hours during a continual task.
