Barbacoa slow-cooked beef tacos: Makes 12-18 tacos. Here's what you'll need: Beef: 2-2.5 pounds boneless chuck roast, cut into large chunks, and seasoned with salt. Flavor: 1 pouch Arriba Barbacoa Seasoning Sauce. Let's get cooking: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Brown beef in 1 tbsp oil in Dutch oven over medium-high heat until golden, about 5 minutes per side. 3. Add barbacoa seasoning sauce and 1/2 cup water. Cover; cook in oven until fork-tender, 1.5-2 hours. 4. Skin off fat from pan juices. Pull beef into large shreds. Mix with pan juices. Season with salt and serve in warm tortillas with chopped onions and fresh cilantro. Slow Cooker Variation: Brown beef as directed. Put beef, sauce and 1/2 cup water in a slow-cooker. Cover and cook on low until fork-tender, 6 to 8 hours.
