Carnitas Pulled Pork Tacos: Makes 12-18 tacos. Here's What You'll Need: Pork: 2-2.5 pounds boneless pork shoulder, cut into large chunks, and seasoned with salt. Flavor: 1 pouch Arriba Carnitas Seasoning Sauce + cooking oil, tortillas and taco toppings. Let's Get Cooking: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Brown pork in 1 tbsp oil in Dutch oven over medium-high heat until golden, about 5 minutes per side. 3. Add Carnitas Seasoning Sauce and 1/2 cup water. Cover; cook in oven until fork-tender, 1.5-2 hours. 4. Skim off fat from pan juices. Pull pork into large shreds. Mix with pan juices. Season with salt and serve in warm tortillas with chopped onions and fresh cilantro. Slow Cooker Variation: Brown pork as directed. Put pork, sauce and 1/2 cup water in a slow-cooker. Cover and cook on low until fork-tender, 6 to 8 hours.
