Al Pastor Chicken Tacos: 20 min. Makes 6-8 tacos. Here's what you'll need: Chicken 1 - 1-1/4 lb boneless skinless chicken thighs (about 5), seasoned with salt. Onion: 1 medium onions, sliced. Flavor: 1 pouch Arriba Al Pastor Seasoning Sauce; + tortillas, pineapple chunks, and cilantro. Let's Get Cooking: 1. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a large (10-12 in) skillet over medium heat. Saute onion until browned, about 10 mins. Remove to a plate. 2. Add 1 Tbsp oil, cook chicken until browned, 4-6 mins per side. 3. Lower heat, add onions back to skillet, pour Al Pastor Seasoning Sauce over the chicken, cover, and simmer until cooked about 6-8 mins. Shred and serve in warm tortillas with chopped white onions, pineapple chunks and fresh cilantro.
