Chipotle Chicken Tinga Tacos: 20 min. Makes 6-8 tacos. Here's What You'll Need: Chicken: 1 - 1-1/4 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 6), seasoned with salt. Onion: 1 medium onion, sliced. Flavor: 1 pouch Arriba Tinga Seasoning Sauce + cooking oil, tortillas and taco toppings. Let's Get Cooking: 1. Heat 1 Tbsp oil in a large (10-12 in) skillet over medium heat. Saute onion until browned, about 10 mins. Remove to a plate. 2. Add 1 Tbsp oil, cook chicken until browned, 4-6 mins per side. 3. Lower heat, add onions back to skillet, pour Tinga Seasoning Sauce over the chicken, cover, and simmer until cooked about 6-8 minutes. Shred and serve in warm tortillas with avocado, sour cream, and fresh cilantro. Tip: Instead of tortillas, serve over steamed rice or diced, cooked red potatoes.
