Shrimp Sauce Piquant Directions: Use 2 lbs. of peeled shrimp and season lightly with Cajun Power All Purpose Cajun Seasoning. Add contents of jar and 4 oz. of water to a heavy pot and bring to a simmer (do not boil). Add shrimp and bring back to a simmer. Cook for 15 minutes stirring occasionally adjust seasoning if desired, add 1/2 to 1 lb. crabmeat and simmer an extra 3-5 minutes. Fish Court Bouillon: Follow above recipe substituting about two Ibs. of fish filets. We suggest redfish, catfish, cod - etc. Serve over rice or French bread. Refrigerate after opening.
