Instructions: Just put your Freez Pak™ in the coldest part of your freezer for 6 to 10 hours. Remove and place in your ice chest on top of your food. Cool air travels downward. Use approximately half as many Freez Pak™ bags by weight as you would ice. Freez Paks™ can be frozen thousands of times without losing cooling power. For first aid use be sure to wrap in towel. Prolonged direct contact with skin is not recommended.
