Directions

Adults: Chew 2 tablets up to 2 times a day. To minimize potential stomach discomfort, take with meals; start with 2 tablets and gradually increase up to 4 tablets. Age - 6 yrs. to adult. Serving size - 2 tablets* (3g fiber, 500mg calcium, 200IU Vitamin D) up to 4 tablets per day. Children under 6 yrs - consult your doctor. *Not to exceed 4 tablets daily. Store below 25 degrees C (77 degrees F). Keep the container tightly closed.
