Evenly distribute potatoes in skillet or fry pan. 3. Cook potatoes 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown, stirring every 5 minutes. Serve hot. Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. 2. Melt 2 tablespoons of margarine or vegetable oil in a 7" x 11" x 2" or larger baking pan. 3. Add potatoes. 4. Bake 15 to 20 minutes, stirring once or twice. For brown highlights, set under broiler for last 5 minutes. Time and temperature settings may vary due to differences in your particular oven. For your safety, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
