Preparation instructions (cook from frozen): *Grill/barbecue: Grill on lightly oiled grill over medium heat for 3 minutes per side. *Stovetop: Cook on lightly oiled skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes per side. Oven: Bake on lightly oiled baking sheet in a pre-heated 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) oven for 8-10 minutes per side. Microwave: Cook on microwave-safe plate for 1 minute. Rotate plate and cook for additional 1-1 1/2 minutes or until done. Cook to an internal temperature of 160 degrees F (71 degrees C). *Recommended cooking method.
