Directions

Adults: chew 2 tablets up to 2 times a day. To minimize potential stomach discomfort, take with meals; start with 2 tablets and gradually increase up to 4 tablets. Age - Serving size. 6 yrs. to adult - 2 tablets* (3g fiber) up to 4 tablets per day. Children under 6 yrs - consult your doctor. *Not to exceed 5 tablets daily.
