Directions

Keep refrigerated. Cooking instructions: Ham is fully cooked and can be served hot or cold. To serve warm: Preheat oven to 325 degrees F. Remove all packaging material from ham. Place ham into shallow baking pan; add 1/2 cup water to pan. Cover tightly with aluminum foil. Heat approximately 15 minutes per pound to an internal temperature of 140 degrees F. Oven temperatures may vary, adjust heating times accordingly. Carving instructions: Place ham on cutting board. Begin cutting at either end of the ham, slicing from top to bottom. Remove the lean meat and place it on a serving platter. Handling: If serving within 7-10 days of purchase, keep ham refrigerated. For longer storage, we suggest freezing the ham. For best results, use within 3 months.
