Previously handled frozen for your protection, refreeze or keep refrigerated. Cooking instructions (thawed): For food safety & quality follow cooking instructions carefully. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer. Cooking times may vary. Microwave (1000 watts): Remove film. Leave egg rolls in tray. Heat on high 45 seconds per egg roll. Let stand 1 minute. Oven (400 degrees F): Pre-heat oven. Place egg rolls on baking sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes. Turn. Bake additional 8-10 minutes. Fryer (350 degrees F): Fry egg rolls 4-6 minutes. For best results do not fry frozen egg rolls.
