Cooking Directions 3 Easy Steps: 1. Moisten up to 2 pounds of protein or vegetables thoroughly in egg wash or ice-cold water. 2. Coat protein or vegetables in coating 4 mix. Shake off excess and place protein or vegetables in air fryer basket in a single layer. 3. Air fry at 375°f for 10-15 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking time. Finished product should be golden brown and have an internal temperature of 145°f for seafood, pork or beef and 165°f for chicken. Enjoy! Note: cooking times are based on a 1500-watt air fryer. Please consult your manual for precise cooking times for your specific make/model. Oven Directions: preheat oven to 425°f. Moisten protein or vegetables in egg wash or ice-cold water.
